Shipping & Return
Shipping and Return policies and procedures are specified by each of the product providers. Bob Erlandson creates the art work - fractal images, photographs, haiga and books. Final product quality, shipping and return policies of the printed digital image products; metal, acrylic, canvas, and prints on paper, are the responsibility of the selected provider. Currently I have selected two providers; GearLaunch for the digital printed products and Amazon Books for the current books. I have selected GearLaunch because I have personally used their printing services and know first hand the high quality of the products. I am using Amazon Books, because I self published the book AWE, my only non-technical book thus far, using Kindle Direct Publishing.
All GearLaunch products are made to order. Gearlaunch strives to ensure its products are printed on quality materials and shipped in a timely manner. You may qualify for a replacement or refund if the product or print is flawed; or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site.
If there is an issue with your product, please email GearLaunch at email@example.com and please include the following:
- Photo(s) of the affected package and/or items(s).
- Your order number.
- The email address registered to the order.
- More details about the package or item that may be relevant.
We will use this information to assist you with the replacement process and prevent future errors. From start to finish, please give your exchange 7-14 days on domestic orders to get back to you. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Replacement items are shipped with the same shipping method the original order was shipped with.
Amazon: All products purchased through Amazon will be covered by the Amazon shipping and return policies.
